The Irish Sport Rotorcraft Club is dedicated to promoting gyroplane flying in Ireland and providing top class flight instruction in gyroplanes. Our Club Is based in Limetree Airfield between Portarlington and Mountmellick, just a few minutes off the the M7 at junction 15. We provide a welcoming club atmosphere that encourages safe and enjoyable gyroplane flying and provides an environment that enables like minded people to get involved in the building and flying of gyroplanes. It is our aim to teach all Private Pilot flight training in gyroplanes to commercial standards without losing any of the sheer enjoyment of this form of flight. Our aim is to economically provide the best possible flight training to bring out the very best in the individual student. The Irish Sport Rotorcraft club provides builder support for those that would like to build and fly their own flying machine, an great personal achievement.
